The following command could work better.
sudo sh -c 'echo "58.222.30.203 bbs.chinauos.com">>/etc/hosts'
P.S. I have never failed to log on to this forum.

推测是CDN的问题，修改hosts后即可正常登陆(如果删除掉就会再次出现无法登录的情况,问题IP: 58.251.62.191 )
终端执行或者用udom修改hosts添加一行
